All papers presented at ICETOL 2027 follow a two-stage publication structure:
- Abstracts of all papers presented at the conference will be published in the Abstracts Book.
- No additional submission is required for this stage.
After the conference, authors who wish to publish full papers based on their conference presentations must apply separately to one of the publication options listed below.
Authors may choose only one of the following publication pathways:
- Abstract published in the Abstracts Book
- No further action required
- All papers in this volume are published as open access under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license
- Abstract in Abstracts Book
- Extended version of the conference presentation published as a full paper in the Proceedings Book
- All papers in this volume are published as open access under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license
- Abstract in Abstracts Book
- Extended version of the conference presentation published as a book chapter
- Abstract in Abstracts Book
- Extended version of the conference presentation published as a journal article
- Abstracts submitted via Microsoft CMT for ICETOL 2027,
- Automatically included in the Abstracts Book if the paper is registered and presented

- Prepare your 4-6 page full paper based on your conference presentation using the manuscript template
- Update your existing conference submission record to upload and submit your full paper via Microsoft CMT

- Submit your manuscript based on your conference presentation directly to the relevant book project
- Follow the specific instructions provided under each book
- Include in the submission e-mail:

Jour-OLS is an open-access double-blind peer reviewed academic online learning journal. The Journal targets both researchers, practitioners, and policy-makers of online distance learning fields. Jour-OLS is available free-of-charge to anyone with access to the internet, and there are no article submission or access charges for publication, and it has been published annually in December.
